Return Policy

We mostly deliver Consumer packaged food and hygiene items delivered directly from manufacturers or their approved distributors. 

We will happily provide a refund using your original payment method or exchange dry grocery items provided you return the product to us unopened, in its original packaging and with a valid receipt within 24 hours of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange for a change of mind.

Defective Product Returns
Customer may return most defective Products to Heri Online within Three (3) days from purchase date.
 After feedback from the distributor/manufacturer Heri Online will issue an option on replacement or credit note.

We do not give refunds on the following:
• Books
• Food items more than 20% consumed. 
• Special order products that we do not normally stock.      
• Product that has expired, if it is expired while in your possession

Updates or amendments to this Return Policy
We reserve the right to periodically amend or revise the Return Policy; material changes will be effective immediately upon the display of the revised Return policy.
